describing new fees to customers. addressing client grievances. updating customer account information to maintain customer records. recommending prospective goods and services that would meet the demands of a customer.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with these qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Good to Excellent Communication Skills
Proficient in relevant compute application
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Excellent data entry and typing skills
Amenable to work onsite
BPO experience preferred but not required
Requirements
