Job Description:
We are looking for highly motivated CSR/Healthcare Associates to join our Level 2 Profile team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the healthcare industry, primarily through voice calls.
Responsibilities:
Respond to complex customer inquiries and requests through voice calls, providing accurate and timely information and resolving any issues that arise.
Build strong relationships with clients and customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide guidance and support to customers, including assistance with healthcare benefits, claim inquiries, and general healthcare questions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, account management, and technical support, to ensure seamless coordination of all activities related to the client accounts.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry, including insurance plans, medical procedures, and healthcare regulations.
Coach and mentor Level 1 CSR/Healthcare Associates to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system, ensuring that all customer interactions are recorded and documented appropriately.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications:
• Completed 2 years in college (with at least 72 units) + 6 months customer BPO Experience
• Graduates of 4 year course with at least 6 months BPO Experience
• Has a good customer service orientation
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work onsite
15K Basic Salary
20% Night Diff
Day 1 HMO
+1k Allowance
+2k Flex Allowance
HMO for 1 dependent upon regularization
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Customer service
Availability to travel: Yes
Availability of change of residence: Yes
