Welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner. Answering phone and email inquiries as soon as possible. If you are unable to respond to a question, refer it to your line manager. Providing information about member benefits to members and health care practitioners.
Qualifications
· College Graduates
· Any 2 year Vocational Course Graduates
· Undergrad that have at least completed 60 units in college
· Senior High School or High School Graduates with at least 6 months and above work experience
· Willing to work on holidays and weekends
· Willing to work the night shift and on shifting schedules
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
