- BPO Experience for at least 1 year is also a requirement.
- knowledgeable in any GDS(apollo, Saber, Galileo, etc.)
- Flexible to work in shifting schedule

Job Description
- Provide high-quality customer service to the customer, and ensure smooth flow of inquiries and complaints via call, email, or chat.
- Ensure all responses to customers and clients are given with sincerity and compassion.
- Ensure that all customer inquiries are rightfully attended to on a timely basis
- Resolve queries of the customer by encoding the standard replies through e-mail within the assigned turnaround time.
There will be a zoom interview directly from the client in the recruitment process, Make sure that your contact number is contactable.
