Responsibilities:
Arrange a reservation for holiday, places, car rentals, and specific gatherings, such as organized tours and excursions
Inform prospects in relation to what precisely their whole excursion shall be like, which include presenting info on necessary papers, that include passports and also visas
Offer information pertaining to regional varying weather conditions, tradition, plus attractions
Create substitute scheduling necessary arrangements whenever modifications come up in advance of or for the duration of the main trip
Generate bookings for intended vacation, like resort hotels and airlines
Check in with clientele in relation to holiday options and help make modifications as needed
Qualifications:
Amenable to working onsite(office-based)
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications will be a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Strong active listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
Nice to have:
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
