Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner. Answering telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner. Deferring queries to your line manager if you are unable to answer them. Furnishing members and health care practitioners with details regarding members' benefits.
Qualifications:
- Willing to work on Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
- Willing to work Full Time
- Willing to start immediately
- Amenable to work onsite
- HS (old cur)/SHS/College
- UG (Any) with at least 6 mos CCE needed (voice) / College UG (Med Course) with 6 mos healthcare exp needed/ College Grad (Med Course) no CCE needed
- Good communication skills | WOSA)
