This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment and has prior experience in a US insurance agency or brokerage.Responsibilities:
Processing Loss Run Requests, Policy Requests, and Cancellations
Following up on Renewals and releasing Renewal Quotes
Managing COI Requests and Simple Endorsements
Filing Claims and assisting with Billing Inquiries & Online Payments
Handling Reinstatement Requests for non-pay cancellations
Following up on Carrier Recommendations
Rating Carriers and supporting account workflow
Requirements:
Must be willing to work the Graveyard Shift (New York hours)
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a US insurance agency or brokerage
Proficient in Applied Epic (insurance management system)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Nice-to-Haves
Language skills in Chinese or Korean (a plus)
Experience in a managerial or training capacity (for potential leadership growth)

Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 Php
Work Set up: Remote setup
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays; following the NY business hours
