Position Title: CSR/Dispatcher
Salary: 20,000 - 30,000 PHP a month
Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor
Primary Relationships: Partner Staff
Date: January 2024
Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time
Responsibilities:
Learn and proficiently operate the Billing software, ensuring accurate and timely input of data
Generate invoices and account statements, maintaining precision and attention to detail
Manage accounts receivable files and records for efficient financial tracking
Proactively contact delinquent clients via email, SMS, or phone calls to facilitate prompt payment and resolve outstanding balances
Investigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiries related to billing or invoices.
Address and coordinate field tenant maintenance complaints, scheduling jobs with technicians and tenants for timely resolution
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in an office environment, demonstrating proficiency in administrative tasks
Prior experience in handling high-volume phone-based roles, dedicating 6-7 hours daily to phone interactions
Possess a charming, persuasive, and persistent demeanor to secure favorable offers for clients
Creative problem solver with resilience and the ability to handle rejection without discouragement
Willingness to seek assistance when needed, fostering a collaborative work environment
Tech-savvy individual who embraces technology, with a readiness to learn new software systems to enhance client service
Intelligent, resourceful, and driven, demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks
Unquestionable integrity and ethical conduct in all professional interactions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
