Ø Fluent in Both Mandarin and English
Ø Respond to Customer requests (by phone, email)
Ø Examine and resolve customer service issues
Ø Addressing customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Ø Communicating changes, updates, delays, or complications with customers
Ø Process orders and resolve payment, refund, and billing issues
Ø Develop and execute sales campaigns using various sales tactics and focused messaging
Ø Establish and leverage strategies with existing partners to gain market share
Ø Work in a consultative manner to ensure expectations and success are achieved
Ø Achieve performance metrics and consistently hit quota
Ø Ensure all business processes and policies are followed with precision, including but not limited to systems use, sales methodology, communication standards, etc.
Ø Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams.
Ø Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision-makers, build quick rapport, assess needs and close the sale
Ø Own individual and team revenue quota for hardware and software products
NOTE:
Flexible with the shift schedule
Can start ASAP
Regular shift hrs. would be 8AM-5PM EST.
REQUIREMENTS FOR WORK FROM HOME SET-UP
· Must have HD monitor
· Must have at least 8GB RAM
· I5 / Ryzen 5 or equivalent processors
· Noise Cancelling Headset
· Stable internet connection with at least 20Mbps (must provide screenshot of speed test)
