The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to business clients who have subscribed to business services. The CSR will handle a variety of customer inquiries, including billing, service requests, and technical issues. The CSR must be knowledgeable about the products and services offered by the company and able to effectively communicate with clients to resolve their concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about business products and services
Process customer orders and service requests
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients
Update client accounts with accurate information
Monitor client accounts to ensure accuracy of billing and payments
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients
Meet performance goals for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality
Qualifications:
Amenable to work on site
Good to excellent communication skills
at least 1 month CCE
