As a Customer Service Representative in Home Security, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers who need assistance with their home security systems. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and scheduling service appointments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and provide accurate information about home security systems and services
Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians to customer locations
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to home security systems, including technical issues, billing inquiries, and other concerns
Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information as needed
Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
Stay up to date with the latest home security products, services, and industry developments
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Customer service, Customer Support
