Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
Delegating tasks to team members
Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
Create a high performing, highly engaged working environment that inspires the team
Requirements:
Should be amenable to work onsite
You must have at least 2 years' experience in handling a team.
Highly analytical and data focused
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Able to prioritize and time manage workload.
Resourceful when encountered with uncertain situations
Experience with Zendesk ticketing software and eCommerce is a plus.
