We are looking for a Cryptocurrency/Lead Generation Assistant to join the regional sales team of a real estate company in the US. This teammate will assist with customer service, lead research and building, CRM and database management, and administrative tasks.

The Role
Research and qualify leads
Assist the sales team with the admin tasks such as booking meeting on sale's calendar
Prepare reports and drafting pre-meeting briefs/dossiers
Maintain, organize, and update records on all accounts accurately into the CRM
Ad hoc sales related tasks
The Requirements
Must have experience with HubSpot or similar
Must have experience with GSuite
Must have experience within LinkedIn Outreach
Must be knowledgeable and have experience marketing/crypto/NFT/web3/gaming
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, complete deliverables on time and has experience in supporting Sales
Experience using DocuSign is a plus
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Can work in graveyard shift following the US Eastern Timezone
