ZigZag is looking for a Crowd Ops Team Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Moderating communication with quality reviewers and translators to ensure translators gain the most out of their translation assessment
Communicating daily with the reviewer team to resolve any issues with ongoing quality assessment
Managing the mailing lists for the translators to ensure all relevant team members are involved in all communication
Managing introductory communication with newcomers
Preparing and managing weekly stats for all language pairs on the platform
Requirements:
Good communication skills with a proven track record of communicating with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to give clear instructions
Proactive mindset, eager to engage in creative problem solving
Ability to organize multiple tasks and keep track of tight deadlines
Proficiency in English
Experience with MS Excel and Google Sheets
Experience in the localization industry and interest in translation/languages would be a plus
*This is a temporary work-from-home setup. Candidates must be willing to work on-site located in Ortigas, Pasig City after the pandemic.
*The expected salary range is up to Php39,000. However, all great candidates will be considered regardless of the compensation requirements.
