Job Description:
Responsible for the management of the entire inbound team. Including fresh deliveries and failed deliveries
Manage and monitor the performance of the team members
Ensure all supplier deliveries are received, checked, processed and put away within agreed SLA.
Maintain Dock to Stock lead time of 48hrs even at max inbound volume
Provide weekly reports to Warehouse management
Overall management of inbound CPO and maintains specific cost within target
Produce internal performance reporting in order that throughput, quality and trends can be monitored and assessed.
Coordinates with stakeholders: Sourcing team, vendor operations, inventory management, CI
Escalate issues to senior management within an appropriate time frame.
Ensures 100% accuracy of system information and delivery receipts
Improves inbound processes, implement SOPs and proposes system enhancements to make Shopee inbound operations best-in-class
Improve team dynamics and overall operations that are sustainable and strategic
Requirements:
Experienced in team management (2 to 3 year experience)
Have experience in managing warehouse operations
Analytical and have high business understanding
Excellent communication skills
High level of leadership skills and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Critical thinker and able to provide detailed analysis, trend, identification of root causes, and ability to propose strong and corrective solutions
Willing to work at Plaridel, Bulacan Central Luzon
