Welink MCS is hiring for a CRM Training and Quality Analysts: (Supervisory Level/IC) on behalf of a client partner in the Online Gaming Industry

Job Description:
•Helps in the development and maintenance of a number of CRM processes and managements procedures.
•Works with existing process owners to deploy and provide sign off new approaches
•Follow up on issues proactively to provide timely updates and resolutions to key stakeholders.
•Coordinates and communicate with impacted stakeholders as needed
•Helps deliver training program across the team in the Manila office
•Works closely with Subject Matter Experts to understand and assess specific training need.
•Communicates training need to training management
•Delivers initial and ongoing training for new hires
•Prepares training metrics for Managements Review.
•Works to develop reports, based on needs of end users and management, to enable efficient real-time reporting
Qualifications:
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role
•Must have proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
•Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with company stakeholders at all organizational levels.
•Proficiency in both written and verbal communication and presentations.
•Energetic, self-motivated, organized individual who is accustomed to working in a deadline-focused entrepreneurial environment

•Experience, interest and aptitude in technology
•Amenable to work on shifting schedule, holiday and working on-site
