Our Training and QA Analyst CRM:
 Helps in the development and maintenance of a number of CRM processes and managements procedures.
 Works with existing process owners to deploy and provide sign off new approaches
 Follow up on issues proactively to provide timely updates and resolutions to key stakeholders.
 Coordinates and communicate with impacted stakeholders as needed
 Helps deliver training program across the team in the Manila office
 Works closely with Subject Matter Experts to understand and assess specific training need.
 Communicates training need to training management
 Delivers initial and ongoing training for new hires
 Prepares training metrics for Managements Review.
 Works to develop reports, based on needs of end users and management, to enable efficient real-time reporting
Qualifications
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role
 Must have proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
 Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with company stakeholders at all organizational levels.
 Proficiency in both written and verbal communication and presentations.
 Energetic, self-motivated, organized individual who is accustomed to working in a deadline-focused entrepreneurial environment
 Hands on capabilities
 Sharp analytic mind
 Highly organized, meticulous and process driven
 Experience, interest and aptitude in technology
 Amenable to work on shifting schedule, holiday and working on-site
