Job Description
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) technical Implementation experience. With working experience in Email,Chat Workspace.
- Good knowledge on functional and technical concepts of Service cloud Connect PHP API, Agent
Browser UI functionality, Customer Portal Framework, SOAP and REST Web Services.
- knowledge in PHP, java script, HTML and CSS.
- Have experience in RightNow Integration with third party apps (Inbound/Outbound).
- Experience in Customer Portal development & Integration (custom widgets and CP pages).
- Good Knowledge in Agent Desktop (Staff Management, Profiles, Navigation Sets, Message Templates etc).
- Experience on Add-ins and Extenstions (.net & BUI).
- Good knowledge on areas like Chat, Custom Objects, Custom fields, Business Rules, Workspace
rules and design.
- Ability to create reports, dashboards, and Surveys.
- Own development responsibility from definition through delivery.
- Ability to work well with overseas clients both individually as well as in a collaborative team,
Excellent communication skills.
They will be required to configure the changes in Oracle as per the client requirement for Chat, Email and Incidents in OSvC.
Desired but not necessary:
- At least 1 implementation completed from start to end.
- Experience with developing .Net add-in or BUI Extension
- CP2 to CP3 framework upgrade.
- OSvC quarterly version upgrades.
- Contribution to customer connect.
