CREW PLANNER
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Psychology, BSBA Major in Human Resource or equivalent
Good communication skills
Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
Growth mindset and can-do attitude
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must have excellent analytical skills and strong decision-making skills.
Excellent oral/written communication and written presentations skills
Proficiency with Microsoft software applications (, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word and Outlook).
Exceptional attention to detail with organization and time management skills.
Open to work overtime on regular days, holidays or weekends as needed
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Good coordination skills
Customer handling
Required one to two years related experience and/or training; equivalent
Experienced in manning agency is required.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
CREWING:
Building crew schedule based on the owner's request or management request.
Ensuring that the Crew Manpower Pool list is updated especially crew embarkation, disembarkation and vacationing crew to ensure highest crew productivity while adhering to safety and compliance requirements
Inform the Crew of their Dispatch Schedule. 
Coordinate the port agent and the Master of the vessel in every crew change by sending the tickets prior the arrival/departure of crew on/off-signers.
Prepare the necessary documentation requirements of the crew for dispatch:
Handles the planning and maintenance of monthly crew rosters
Monitor flight of crew especially on Crew Change
Develop long term staffing plans for crew
Plot for crew schedules (vacationing, line up, disembarking crew)
Tracking and monitoring crew onboard
Responsible for continuous cooperation with the Training Department and Operations representatives in terms of crew training and crew rotation.
Achieve a balanced distribution of work between available crews
Ensure that training duties are balanced between suitably qualified trainers
