Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare all relevant documents relating to a client's loan application
- Obtain documents that will be required with the application
- Ensure that you liaise with the respective teams by effectively communicating and following up in a timely manner
- Consider compliance issues in relation to strategy and technical advice
- Use the necessary software to manage workflow
- Accept and follow documented procedures and workflows
- Assist in the analysis of a client's position
- Work within tight deadlines
Required Experience
- Experience within the financial services sector (desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer focus and work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal skills
Minimum Qualifications
- University degree in Finance or related field (desirable)
