Responsibilities 1. Assists the Credit Risk Management Head in analyzing credit analytics reports and identifying risk areas that require risk mitigating action 2. Works with the Analytics Department to identify initiatives and opportunities to Responsibilities Assists the Credit Risk Management Head in analyzing credit analytics reports and identifying risk areas that require risk mitigating action Works with the Analytics Department to identify initiatives and opportunities to improve portfolio quality and support sound business growth Monitors the effectiveness of scoring and rating models in evaluating borrowers of retail lending units Monitors and analyzes the portfolio credit quality vis-a-vis scores/rating of booked accounts for early detection of lending portfolio stress and identification of new/emerging risk drivers Recommends remedial measures and/or monitor the results of corrective actions taken Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering or Finance Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in similar function Good understanding of bank products and business processes Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills With supervisory skills & experience High level of confidence and maturity to be able to relate to Senior Management
