CREDIT INVESTIGATOR APPRAISOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
Conduct credit/trade/court/background/neighborhood checking of loan applicants.
Verify/inspect/appraise assets offered as collateral for requested loans.
Responsible in conducting investigations on customers.
Conduct monthly inventory of ROPOA units
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of any four year course
Must have at least 1 year experience as an Appraisor preferably on automotive and real estate
Good communication skills
Knowledgeable in Lapu-Lapu, Mandaue and Cebu City areas.
Willing to travel
Knows how to drive motorcycle/automotive vehicle.
