AGRONOMIKA FINANCE CORPORATION
Under the direct supervision of the General Manager, primarily responsible in overseeing the Agronomika's credit administration and monitoring of strategic agri project implementation.
MONITORING OF STRATEGIC AGRI PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Responsible for monitoring of proper implementation of strategic agri programs at Agronomika Finance Corporation
ii. Responsible for coordination with KFI personnels who are directly involve with the Strategic Agri project management including CBDMs, Field Supervisors, Productivity Head and Buying Supervisors
iii. Develops and improves reporting templates, project management tools
iv. Recommends improvement on strategic agri project procedures, processes at Agronomika Finance Corporation
v. Monitor performance, regular update on strategic agri programmes
CREDIT ADMINISTRATION RESPONSIBILITIES
vi. Oversees Credit Back Office Department operations which ensures accurate, complete and timely record keeping for the Credit Department:
Loan data entry into the core banking system
Checking compliance of loan and contract files with the company's procedures
Safeguarding and maintaining the loan and contract file archive
Daily filing and update of documents in the filing system
vii. Review and improvement of Back Office Credit Policies, Procedures & Processes, forms towards their adequacy and efficiency and making recommendations for updates or changes
viii. Responsible for staffing, training, and coaching of credit back office department.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITES
i. Shall monitor progress of department-initiated programs and/or projects especially those directly assigned to him/ her.
ii. Shall distribute and perform duties in below areas and importance.
Job Specifications
1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or accounting-related courses.
2. Experience: At least five (5) years of work experience in loans from a financing or lending company;
3. Required Competencies:
At least 2 year experience as Back Office Credit Officer with the company
Proven proactivity and self-initiative in position of BOCO with with the company
Excellent knowledge of Credit Policy, Credit Procedures & Regulations as well as Back Office Credit Procedures & Regulations
Very good computing and data entry skills
Basic skills and experience in working with Microsoft excel and word
Ability and willingness to enhance computer literacy, especially Microsoft excel
Analytical skills
Proven ability and willingness to work in a team as well as individually
Fluency in English
Positive results in selection test and interview
