General Responsibilities:
• Responsible to establish the procedures and guidelines for approving or denying loans and are responsible for the company.
• Involved in setting long-term goals to ensure that the company will be profitable, well-managed credit strategy, administration, and risk.
• Should be able to conduct risk analysis, review of loans, and documentation to ensure legal compliance.
• Should be involved in forming business connections in the community and maintaining business relationships.
Required skills:
• Have strong analytical skills to consider all relevant information about the company's credit situation.
• Have good decision-making skills to avoid high-risk loans and loss of profits for the company they work for.
• Good in mathematical skills to be able to analyze financial data.
• Have strong leadership skills and the ability to train staff regarding financial policy.
• Good in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have experience in this field.
