Welink MCS is hiring for a Credit and Risk Management Head in behalf of a client partner in the Financial Service Industry
Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City

General Responsibilities:
• Responsible to establish the procedures and guidelines for approving or denying loans and are responsible for the company.
•Involved in setting long-term goals to ensure that the company will be profitable, well-managed credit strategy, administration, and risk.
•Should be able to conduct risk analysis, review of loans, and documentation to ensure legal compliance.
•Should be involved in forming business connections in the community and maintaining business relationships.
Required skills:
• Have strong analytical skills to consider all relevant ****rmation about the company's credit situation.
• Have good decision-making skills to avoid high-risk loans and loss of profits for the company they work for.
•Good in mathematical skills to be able to analyze financial data.
•Have strong leadership skills and the ability to train staff regarding financial policy.
•Good in communication and interpersonal skills.
•Have experience in this field.
