CREDIT AND COLLECTION STAFF
JOB DESCRIPTION
Receives and checks collection report from Dealer Salesman
Receives, checks and issues collection receipts from mailed cheques, office collections and online payments.
Creates collection report for mailed, office and online collections.
Reconciles and follows up on dealers' customers' accounts.
Photocopies and files relevant documents for reference.
Responsible for the implementation of rules and regulations of the company.
Performs other related functional duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS
A graduate of BS-Accountancy or any other business-related course.
With relevant experience is a plus, but not required.
Keen on details and highly organized.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
Good time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.
