Duties and Responsibilities:
Credit and Collection:
Monitor Accounts Receivable, making sure that it maintains the tolerable overdue percentage of five percent (5%)
Preparation of Invoices, Sales Confirmation, Advance Billing and Statement of Accounts
Following up payment to customers
Maintaining a good relationship with client
Issuance of Official Receipts to all Telegraphic payment received
Approval or recommendation in relation to credit terms given to customers
Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line;coordinating contact with collections department.
Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information; computing charges and refundspreparing and mailing invoices; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.
Job Specifications:
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Management or equivalent
Experience : At least 2 years of experience in the related field
Qualifications : Strong understanding in Billing and Collection Process, Familiar with any Accounting Software, Attention to Details, Time Management Skills, Good communication and interpersonal Skills
Associate / Supervisor Accounting and Finance Wholesale 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
