1. Acts as an over-all coordinator of branches for SOA related concerns
2. Maintains SOA customers database
3. Assists branches in the processing Statement of Account applications and Credit Investigation
4. Maintains SOA sub-ledgers (posting of invoices and collections)
5. Prepares SOA for countering and collection
6. Monitors invoiced Sample Items
7. Maintains filings of documents related to the main functions
8. Forwards to Payroll Staff list of Employee SOA upon every transactions
9. Provides a copy of the Summary of unsettled invoices to Project Sales Team
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Business Management Graduate or Accounting Major Graduate
2. Proven experience in Accounting and/or in Credit and Collection is an advantage
3. Customer Service basic knowledge
