Generates and sends statement of accounts
Monitoring of accounts
Communicates with customers and ensures prompt responses are given
Effectively and quickly deal with the concerns/issues of the clients
Record Keeping
Processing stock return pull-out form (SRPF) received
Computation of stock return amount for deduction to the client account
Monitors SRPF
Contract length: 3 months
