JOB DESCRIPTION
-Provides customer service regarding collection issues. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts.
-Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
-Monitor clients' payments and prepares the statement of accounts.
-Handles customer accounts on a timely basis
-Provides excellent customer service to clients.
JOB QUALIFICATION
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ or equivalent.
-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
-Excellent communication skill
-Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented
-Commitment to excellent customer service
-Ability to prioritize and manage multi-task
-With relevant experience in credit and collection specifically in real estate industry is a plus but not a requirement.
