Join our team and make a difference every day!About the Job: Provides resolution to customer payment discrepancies Investigates and resolves customer credit requests Processes charge backs and follow up payment through the Credit Analyst Analyzes justification and ensures that procedures/reasons to comply with Audit standards Providing quality service to internal customers through analysis of various types of invoicing problem Apply and adhere to Lean Enterprise concepts Participates in metric board update Participates in cycle time reduction of credits Expedite "To be Cleared" bookings, unspecified deductions, outstanding credits/debits, Returns to be approved and credited Processes special debit and credit agreements Processes Ship and Debit, Marketing Costand Sales Agreement Provides support to Finance (Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable) by generating needed reports Clears blocked billing Projects credit generation of credits created and/or outstanding disputes Provides month end summary of credits by reason Assists AR with aging of customer accounts Provides instructions to AR to clear customer deductions, pending credit or debit notes Processes charge back if customer accepts rejection and communicates with Sales who will confirm with customers Provides instructions if the corrections should stay internal or to be communicated with customer About You: Bachelor's Degree graduate in Accountancy or related courses With at least 3 years related experience in Credit & Adjustment and other Finance related role Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Fluent English oral and written communication skills Basic knowledge in SAP Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
