Purpose of the Position Under the direct supervision of the Credit and Compliance Head, the Credit Analyst is accountable and responsible for the proper evaluation and validation of all loan applications to determine creditworthiness and capacity to pay. Key Responsibilities Effective Credit Analysis Validation of sources of income Correct recreation of borrower's cashflow to determine capacity to pay Timeliness of submission of Loan Recommendation Memos (credit portion) Credit Risk Management Mitigate credit risks through thorough trend/peer industry analysis and independent market research. Compliance with applicable policies and procedures of the Company covering credit investigation, property appraisal, credit evaluation, and credit administration; Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course, preferably in Accounting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (if accounting graduate), preference will be given to applicants with credit analysis experience. Competency in core banking platforms particularly loans module. Work Arrangement: Onsite Monday - Friday
