JOB DESCRIPTION
Monitors, reviews and informs clients/customers of their outstanding accounts.
Updates client records and account status.
Coordinates with the clients due for collection by calling and writing notices.
Makes necessary action by contacting 3rd party, and legal partners for overdue accounts to ensure collections will be made.
Attends to client/customers inquiries with regards to their accounts. (payment terms & schedules, etc.)
Resolves billing and client credit issues.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Must be a college graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Management or its equivalent.
With at least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the same position.
