Job Description:
A CTS is an assistant or a reliever of a branch operations supervisor (BOS) at a Breeders Agrivet Supplies Inc.’s store. He/she ensures the smooth process of wholesale and retail sales in the branch in the absence of the BOS. He/she is able to accommodate a customer in his purchase confidently. Finally, he/she makes sure the team assigned to the branch (JSA, Sales technicians) performs in sales and services like Artificial Insemination.
Role and Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction at our branches, in the absence of the BOS.
Responsible of opening and closing the store daily
Is able to welcome and guide an over-the-counter customer confidently
Ensures inventory practices, respects cash handling and credit management practices of the company.
Arranges the store product displays as guided by the home office.
Monitors products inventory levels and re-order new items when necessary as guided by the home office.
Makes sure the store is cleanly maintained always and respects standard health and security requirements.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
College Graduate with minimum of 1 year proven experience in cashiering or store retailing operations.
Having a background in feeds business or in Agrivet retail is a plus.
Willing to gain an excellent knowledge about our different products and their specification.
Performance Indicators:
Must reach the monthly sales target of his/her store – above the target is subject to incentives
Preferred Skills
He/She is well organized and with good personal standards (cleanliness, punctuality and affable personality)
Has experience running a retail store in challenging environments
Handles customer feedback or complaints immediately and rationally
Is commercially savvy
Displays a good spoken communication (English is a plus)
