Purpose:
The Creative Manager is in charge of the Design Team.
He/She takes care of the following phases of production: cover design, interior layout, ebook, and live submission and purchasing.
He/She coordinates with the Fulfillment Manager for the production process and workflow.
He/She coordinates with the different departments that is involved with the production process (i.e., Finance, AER, and Marketing).
He/She tracks the evaluation and performance of the Design Team.
He/She Checks the layout of the books (Harbound, Outbound and Inbound)
Skills Required:
Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite related products and other related software.
Team management skills.
Keen on details and organized in keeping records and documents.
Proactive in creating and starting plans and programs to enhance members' skills.
Able to track multiple projects/tasks at the same time.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any design- or computer-related course.
At least 2 years experience as a manager or supervisor.
Knowledgeable on how to use Ingram Micro application
Has worked in some capacity in all the areas of design: cover, interior, ebook, and live submission.
