Main Responsibilities:
Ensure a happy and competent design team.  
Ensure that the team delivers high quality products.  
Evaluate and measure team performance.
Ensure we have efficient processes and work according to best practices. Including a high COGS predictability
Required Skills:
Proficient in creative illustration and icon creation (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop)
Knowledge of UI/UX design (Adobe XD, Figma)
Basic animation skills are a plus
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud apps
