The Job
The Creative Director is the main driver of creativity and concepts in our integrated digital campaign work. They manage multiple responsibilities and assignments simultaneously under strict deadlines and help define the visual and conceptual direction in a highly collaborative environment. In this leadership role, the ideal candidate leans into every project with gusto and manifests their love for art, creativity, and ingenuity on a daily basis.
The Individual
Prior experience as a creative team lead
Years of experience in the digital creative industry
Expert knowledge of interaction design
Mastery of Adobe CS, additional motion, or other creative software programs a plus
Eloquence and confidence with highly savvy clients, both in day-to-day interactions and major presentations
Extensive understanding of web development work
