As the leader of an innovative, motivated, and talented team, you will be responsible for managing operations, developing business and increasing profitability for StoreHub in the Philippines market. The Philippines Country Manager should have extensive knowledge of the Philippines' business landscape and have proven experience growing a high performing team/business unit in this market.
As the Philippines Country Manager, you will be responsible for all of the country's goals and metrics, and should be extremely driven to execute on the strategy directed by the Leadership Team. You will also be on the pulse of what is going on - handling day-to-day operations of the team, performance management, career development, and customer growth/acquisition strategies.
Requirements
What you will do:
Oversee profit and loss (P&L), and drive overall growth for our company in the Philippines.
Manage a high-performing team that provides world-class customer service and consultative services/sales at scale to StoreHub's customers and partners while ensuring the successful recruitment and engagement of talent.
Manage processes and metrics to enable highly transparent, credible, and impactful functions.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure strategic alignment with our customer needs and coordinate execution of the company's goals for the Philippines market.
Assist with complex client escalations in close collaboration with department managers, team leads and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with the Leadership Team and cross-functional teams to execute on internal and external high-impact projects and initiatives to drive our business growth in the Philippines.
You will need:
At least 3-5 years experience as a General Manager or Country Manager in the Philippines.
Proven track record demonstrating strong business acumen.
Ability to lead and inspire the team in order to drive growth within the region.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent command of English and Tagalog (in both reading and writing abilities).
BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience.
Bonus points if:
You have knowledge and experience within the technology or SaaS (Software as a Service) sector.
