Job Summary
Main objectives and functions:
1. Accounting according to IFRS, Financial Statements and Country Tax.
Leads the Country Financial department by the Service
example.
Ensures correct System Financial Reporting Standards records (SAP).
Oversees and preparse tax strategy and reports at a count level.
Prepares conferences for financial and tax reporting.
Preparation and presentation of consolidated financial statement analysis to address
2. Staff Management
Ensures prompt and professional responses to sites correspondence.
Staff meetings
Provides leadership and management training, leading towards the vision necessary to ensure the success of the business every day.
One-on-one Counseling Sessions
Ensures sites' financial needs satisfaction by researching, resolving and documenting department's concerns.
3.Payroll Management
Oversees and direct payroll process and its reports on time.
Internal payroll audit
Cross check payroll disbursement and cost
Maintain update payroll practices that fulfill local laws
Understand Ops needs and implement payroll structures
Calculation and billing of country expenses.
Manage, control and overseeing all the purchasing orders for each business unit of the country and its proper documentation in the Purchasing System.
Request and review billing reports.
Consultation on the comparative financial statements across country sites and its analysis.
4.Financial Reporting
Carryout cost trend and analysis
Search for metrics that helps to improve profitability on the business.
Build and track yearly budget for the country
Forecast monthly forecast for the month
Performance metrics
5. Financial Statements Audits
Regular reviews with accounting team.
Periodic reviews with external auditors.
Receiving dependent audit reports.
Oversees and authorizes issuance of Financial Statements
6. Designs, implements and monitors policies and procedures in the matter.
Issues of Policies and Procedures.
Verify compliance with policies and procedures issued.
Updates Policies and procedures
Area of expertise (Skills)
Accounting or Certified Public Accountant
MBA is desirable.
At least 5 years experience in Accountancy or Finance function in a high level capacity ( area Director).
Other Skills and Experiences (Min)
Specialization and Certification Tax, FRS / IFRS, GAAP, SAP (or ERP management)
Fluent English (for non-native English speakers)
