MANAGE CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS: Cultivate customer satisfaction by directing all front-end activities
· AUDIT COUNTER STAFF
Make daily checks on team's knowledge (promos, store layout, services), look (uniform, posture, grooming), personality (greeting, spiels, no chatting)
· TRAIN COUNTER SUPERVISORS
Coach & evaluate Counter Supervisors based on given set of business standards & goals
· CONTROL OPEN COUNTERS
Determine number of counters to be opened & the number of POS machines to be opened per shift
· PROVIDE INTERBRANCH SUPPORT
Coordinate with other branches to fulfill specific logistical requirements (counter equipment & on-loan staff)
· MANAGE CUSTOMER QUEUEING ACTIVELY
Direct customer traffic to other available counters to manage queuing
Qualifications:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related course
· Preferably supervisor/5 years & up experienced employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
With at least 3 years of experience in bank operations or counter-cashier functions
Knowledgeable in credit card transaction processes
· Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
· Willing to be assigned in The SM Store ZAMBOANGA
