Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any relevant course
At least two (2) years' work experience in the same field
Must be good in analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be highly organized, resourceful and dependable

Job Responsibility:
Establish and manages database systems designed to analyze customer value, such as marketing lists, contacts, customer preferences, trends, and profiles.
Determines demand for new and existing products and services by market research.
Acquisition of leads / Reach out
Comply on customer requirements (NDA, Contracts, Documents)
Provide Part cost, Mold cost and other secondary services based on customer requirement at most economical way.
Outsource direct and in-direct material needed on the quotation proposal.
Provide price simulation according to standard template approved by the management for review.
Submit proposal to customer and follow up submitted quotes on timely manner.
Submit report and customer inquiries regarding Business Development Activities.
Generate and execute reports regarding customer inquiries and other Business Development
Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses.
Evaluate product's cost-effectiveness or profitability and recommend ways to make a product more cost effective or profitable
Manage all RFQ and update quotes as necessary
Administer and ensure a successful launch of New Products
Oversees the development of new products and drives profit/revenue goals and necessary product adjustments and ensure completion within required timeframe.
Work closely with several areas, including engineering, supply chain management, production and sales to maximize product revenue and profit margin.
