COST ESTIMATOR
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College degree, Engineering(Civil) or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
for this position.
Experience with estimating software and spreadsheet design
Ability to use CAD Programs
Knowledgeable in material costing
Job Description:
Evaluation and preparation of billings and claims
Producing and updating cost and progress accomplishment
Reviewing construction drawings issued after award, identifying changes from Tender
drawings, notifying, quantifying, pricing, submitting, agreeing and obtaining payment
from Client at earliest possible time.
Perform other duties or functions that may be delegated and agreed by his/her superiors (Project Manager)
Other tasks that may be directed and assigned by the company
