Job Description
Complete all estimates in accordance with design and construction details in compliance with the Building Code of Australia, local authority requirements and relevant planning requirements.
Follow company checklists to capture and process all information required to determine fixed site costs
Read plans and documents in order to determine scope
Ability to provide Bill of Quantities
Produce all sales estimates required to support the sales process from deposit to commencement of construction using system software
Read plans and documents in order to determine scope Production of sales estimates
Ensure that all requirements described in the property assessment are incorporated into the Preliminary Contract and Contract documents.
Communicate with suppliers and trades

Qualification
At least 2 years experience as an Australian Housing estimator / quantity surveyor (BPO Set-up)
Expert in using Bluebeam
High attention to details
Ability to work independently
Understanding of construction materials and products
High attention to details
