Job Responsibilities:
Reviews and evaluates the roofing plans sent by client.
Prepares Bill of Quantity and Bill of Materials based on the plans provided by the client for roofing works
Prepares planswift takeoff based on client's preferences.
Interprets and prepares material and quantity takeoff for basic electrical works and basic civil works.
Qualifications:
Knows planswift.
Has common sense, fast learner.
Has good verbal communication skills.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Cost analysis, Cost management, Commercial skills / Networking
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
