Established in Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines in 1983, Mactan Rock Industries Inc. started as an industrial chemical manufacturer specializing in water treatment chemicals and industrial preventive maintenance chemicals. As the company grew, it began trading in water softeners, demineralizers and ion exchange resins. In just over five (5) years, it metamorphosed from its modest beginnings to a complete water and wastewater treatment company.
Through its Human Resources Department (HRD) hereby informs everyone that we are currently looking for successful applicants to fill up the following positions enumerated below along with the qualifications:
Is looking for:
COST ESTIMATOR / CIVIL WORKS
Qualifications:
Graduate in Civil Engineering.
Must be proficient in CAD drafting & Design, Sketch up and MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Has atleast 2 years’ experience in related fields.
Can work under pressure with minimal supervision & willing to extend working hours.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare Cost Estimation for every proposed project.
Conduct site inspections before and after the project.
To provide and develop CAD design drawing for implementation at project site.
Prepare civil detail drawings and plans
Maintain quality and results oriented environment, meeting timely requirements of internal and external customers.
Prepare detail drawings using Solid works / sketch up software.
Prepare engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans and schedules
