Ability to review drawings for classification and evaluation of materials needed, research prices, collects quotations, checking what is needed, computes overhead expenses and cost involved in construction project.
Can work closely with Designers and Engineers regarding construction standards to ensure coordination effort is maintained while working under minimal supervision.
Complete project responsibilities within scope, budget and schedule.
Provide timely technical assistance and solutions to the team.
Participate in project meetings and conference calls if required.
