Job Descriptions
Prepares construction estimates, bill of materials of projects for building permit, government, bank and for actual construction.
Client costing regarding change orders.
Provide purchase requisition slip to accounting and purchasing.
Perform site visit if necessary.
Coordinate with the suppliers and contractors.
Utilize cost methodologies and update current material prices and specifications.
Investigate and identify cost reduction opportunities through cost analysis review for potential savings.
Job Qualifications
Graduate of BS Civil Engineering.
License is an advantage but not required.
6 months -1 year of experience as Cost Engineer.
Experienced in mass housing and Real Estate.
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
Commission pay
Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
Lipa, Batangas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Cost Engineer: 1 year (Preferred)
Mass Housing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
License as Engineer (Preferred)
