Has the full responsibility in monitoring and processing billings sent from the site, estimating the cost of new projects, and handling contracts for awarded projects needed for the site. He/she monitors the project schedule, billings, and contracts in order for the construction projects to be done systematically. Cost Engineer's responsibility also includes analyzing budget and providing monthly Actual vs Budget report
Provides detailed estimation for new housing projects and amenities
Evaluates cost proposal sent from bidders before awarding
Monitors and processes weekly progress billing from contractors
Performs checking of monthly Actual vs Budget in order to evaluate if the cost from each unit is within budget
Prepares contracts for awarded units to contractors
Coordinates to Project Engineers and PIC in site regarding matters concerning their projects (Schedule, Billing, Repairs, Contracts)
Monitors actual POC and Completion of units from site if it is still in line with the schedule of the construction plan.
Prepares Contracts and Monitors Billings to Consultants needed in certain projects.
Coordinates with Accounting and Finance on concerns regarding billings and releases
Graduate of B.S. Civil Engineering Degree
Minimum of 1 year of work-related experience
