Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cost Engineer / Field Engineer in high-rise construction projects.
Solid understanding of construction methods, cost estimation techniques, and project management principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex cost data and provide actionable recommendations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to cost engineering and construction cost control.
