COST CONTROLLER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop and maintain detailed project cost and cost estimates. Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Track and report on project costs, including labor, materials, equipment and subcontractor billing. Identify and analyze variances between budgeted and actual cost.
Prepare and provide regular reports on project cost status including cost forecast and cost deviations and recommend remedial actions.
Review and verify subcontractor billing statements and contracts. Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and compliant with contractual terms.
Oversee and manage material requests, and confirm that they align with the estimated materials allocated for the projects.
Work closely with the planning engineer, cost estimator and accounting teams to provide financial insights and support on project planning and execution.
Work with the cost estimator to create and review estimates and budgets across multiple disciplines and practices in the construction. Collaborate closely with the cost estimator to assist with preliminary estimates.
QUALIFICATIONS:
6 Months to 1 year experience ( Construction site)
College graduate of Civil Engineer.
Knowledge about Cutting lists and estimates.
Salary Range: 17-20k
